How to apply?
- Check the study program availability based on your country of residence or nationality since the program offered might differ for each country
- Apply for the scholarship by visiting the “apply” section on the Stipendium Hungaricum official website and completing all of the required documents
- Make sure you have submitted all of the required application documents by checking your application status. If the status of your application show “submitted” then the documents are already received by the admission team
How does the process of selection go?
- Applicants that submit their application before the closing date of application will be shortlisted based on the nomination criteria on February 2024
- The second selection phase will be done by the institution admission team that will occur around the middle of March until the end of May 2024
- Shortlisted applicants might need to submit medical certificates for the relevant study program
- Applicants will receive notification regarding the selection process result around the middle of June 2024
- Applicants that successfully pass all of the selection process will need to apply for Visa around June until July 2024
- Chosen applicants are expected to arrive at Hungary around the 30th of September 2024
