Nigeria is a federal state forged by, the British colonial administration through different experimentations of policies, coupled with the prevailing circumstances and inferences compelling a federal structure for the nation which was later to be translated into, federal Constitutional developments, beginning with the Sir Arthur Richards constitution of 1946.

1) Either your parents or relatives are employed in the government whom you are very sure of not disappoint you.
2) Or you have devoted friends appointed in the government. Who might not deceive you in any way. They are ready to help you not those capitalist friends who are useless and wishing to see you constantly in poverty.
3) Or the government in power is credible to bring progressive change to all and sundry in the society.
Obviously, in the absence of one of these reasons, you are not different from Arsenal fan whose support is not beneficent to him. Politics is a game of benefits.
