Wizkid Breaks Record As Billboard Announces Him The Longest Charting African Artist.
Nigerian singer, Wizkid has just been recognized by Billboard as the longest Charting African Artist on Billboard. The Official music Chart for the United States took to their website to announce Wizkid’s Essence as the longest charting African song.
Wizkid’s fourth studio album ‘Made In Lagos‘ was also confirmed as the longest-charting African album. Essence and Made In Lagos achievement combined to make Wizkid the longest-charting African artist on Billboard.
Billboard’s acknowledgement of Wizkid’s success is a confirmation that Wizkid has earned himself a place in the history of American music.
