The Nigerian Breweries Plc.’s goal of expanding its talent pipeline in order to “Brew the Joy of True Togetherness” is inextricably linked to the Graduate Management Development Scheme. The scheme is aimed at creative, aspirational, and diverse Nigerian graduates who want to work for Nigeria’s top brewing company and have an exciting and prosperous career.

This is aimed at able Nigerian graduates in science-related fields who are keen to create a successful occupation in a manufacturing setting that is supportive and has state-of-the-art systems and procedures.

Benefits Of The Scheme

The chosen candidates will go through a competitive selection procedure:

12-month fully residential training programme
Formal training and experiential attachment

Upon completion of the program, candidates will be placed in one of our nationwide brewery locations as a shift manager for brewing, packaging, logistics, or automation engineering, depending on the relevant fields.

Qualification Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in any science or engineering field, with a minimum grade of Second Class (Upper Division).
Among the degrees offered in this field are, but are not restricted to:
- Microbiology

- Chemical Engineering
- Industrial Chemistry
- Mechanical/Agric Engineering
- Production Engineering
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering

- Food Science & Technology
A master’s degree in a related field is an extra benefit.
