N-power Health Beneficiaries Got N- power MGT Attention. Npower has asked N-Health beneficiaries how things are going at their PPA in a post released on its Social Media communication channels. Npower asked, “Tell us about your experience; we’d like to know.”
The Npower Health category is part of the Npower programme’s National Social Investment Programme (NSIP). The program is intended to enhance the health outcomes of vulnerable populations, such as pregnant women, children under the age of five, and people with disabilities, by using the country’s current public health system.

The N-Power Health initiative places recent graduates as volunteer health aides in various primary healthcare institutions across the country. The program aims to solve Nigeria’s significant lack of healthcare workers,
particularly in rural regions, as well as to improve the quality of healthcare services accessible to the populace.
Applicants must be Nigerian citizens between the ages of 18 and 35, have a degree or certification in a health-related subject, and have completed the obligatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or have an exemption certificate to be eligible for the program.
Participants in the N-Power Health program receive training and equipment to deliver basic health services such as health education, community out reach, and health promotion activities. They also assist healthcare professionals in providing vital community healthcare services.
The N-Power Health program pays participants a monthly stipend and other benefits in exchange for their labor as volunteer health aides. Participants are expected to shift to different work options or start their own enterprises after completing the one-year program.
